- 1. Parents apply by completing the assistance request form available in the office.
2. Parents must first have applied for Archdiocesan Tuition Scholarship in order to be eligible for St. Joseph School tuition assistance.
3. All applications are handled anonymously and identified by a case number. These are reviewed by the Principal and the Pastor.
4. Applicants will be notified by letter if their application was accepted or rejected. This will include the amount of the tuition aid offered.
5. The award of tuition aid is a confidential matter between the Principal and the family.
6. If financial hardship develops, it is the responsibility of the parent to contact the Principal concerning application for assistance or acceptance of a written financial plan. |
